Thought I would just drop you line because it is just a year since you started helping me, I thought you’d be interested in the “stats”.

Start weight 141kg, now 95kg, loss 46.5kg or 7.3 stone.

Bust, 135cm to 111cm loss 24cm
Waist 129.5cm to100.5 loss 29cm
Hips 172cm to 131 loss 42cm

Started at size 28, just bought a pair of size 18 trousers from next.

Doing lots of exercise and still getting loads of compliments, lots of them about my skin etc not just the weight loss.
